## Common questions

### I can't find my licence key

It's emailed right after you pay, so check your spam folder. It's also shown on the page you reach after paying.

### Findow says to turn on a permission that's already on

Open System Settings > Privacy & Security, remove Findow from the list, add it again, then restart Findow.

### Moving to a new Mac

Deactivate your licence in the Licence tab on the old Mac, then enter your key on the new one.

### Windows have gone off the screen

They're waiting at the edge. Click the tab at the screen edge, or use ⌃⌥ and the mouse wheel. Quitting Findow brings every window back.

### Nothing arranges on one display

Open the menu bar panel and look for "This display is off", then turn it on.

### Removing Findow

Quit it, delete it from Applications, and delete the Findow folder in Application Support.
