# Refund Policy

## 14-day money-back guarantee

If Findow isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund the full amount, whatever the reason.

## How to ask

- Please [contact us](https://findowmac.com/support.html) from the email address you used at checkout.

- Include your payment ID from your receipt, or your licence key.

We'll issue the refund through Dodo Payments. It can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

## After a refund

Your licence key stops working, and Findow locks its paid features at its next check. Your windows and files aren't affected, and you're welcome to buy again later.

## After 14 days

Later requests are handled case by case. We'll be reasonable, but we can't guarantee a refund. We may decline requests where a key has been shared or resold, or where refunds are being abused. Your legal rights are not affected.

## Currency

Refunds go to the original payment method, in the original currency. Exchange rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.
